Boomer: Hello X & Y. My name is Boomer and you are "Technicians of Consciousness," correct? (Both nod). My business associates and I started the Ultra-violet Institute as we are all at the ultra-violet level of consciousness. We could potentially do business together as we both apply integral theory!

Y-Axis: Nice to meet you, Boomer. Together X and Y make up the Four Quadrants. Hahahaha! (Laughs obnoxiously and then does the quadratic hand shake with Y; Boomer looks puzzled; Y turns to thinking mode) Hmmmmmm... Thanks for your colorful invitation, yet a homogenous collective at ultra-violet sounds a bit suspicious to me, not to mention ultra top-heavy, hehe. Whatcha be thinkin� X?
X-Axis: Sounds like such a statement could be treating a social holon as an individual holon, the error of New Paradigm thinking of the imaginary super-I, which Wilber fleshes out succinctly on page 142 in IS. Individuals pass through developmental stages, such as violet, but not collectives. And if I am not mistaken I do believe that perhaps .0000001% of the population is at ultra-violet, a rough estimate.
Boomer: (Flustered) Uh. Well. I mean the head guy and me are at ultra-violet for sure as we are certified in AQAL. And our partners agree.
X-Axis: Mental comprehension, "signifier" acquisition more specifically, isn't synonymous with a highly acquired stage. How does the AQAL certificate use a Zone#2 methodology to verify such?
Boomer: (interrupts getting frustrated) I understand ultra-violet because I live in the at ultra-violet worldspace. (He says matter-of-factly.)
Y-Axis: O.K. then let's just assume you are correct, and allow that circular logic to pass my fallacy radar...we don't need to get all technical and shit do we? (Playfully speaks.) Ha! So, then, may I ask in curiosity, what developmental line be you ULTRA-VIOLET at, my friend? And, just as crucially, at what space-time coordinates, because at this moment of time I be feelin' some firey red (smiles while his eyes invert)!! heehee.
Boomer: HUH? (stern face)
X-Axis: And the agreement of your friends, has the mutual resonance been examined with the quadratic truth tests? as "agreement" doesn't imply validity by itself, Zone#3 absolutism.
Y-Axis: (interjects) Yeah, gotta watch out for them IOS viruses! They feed off those Zone#1 to Zone#3 closed-feedback loops.
Boomer: (feeling slightly be-rated) Well� Geez, you ask too many questions. But I guess that's what it's like when you are NOT at the ultra-violet level of consciousness, the unknown is plagued with doubt, keep an eye on that virus (smirks); it is merely a transcendent Mystery to you! Ha!
Y-Axis: Break it down my boy X!
X-Axis: Please understand, we are NOT attacking your assertion of high-level second tier development. Let me clarify, we ARE asking for data to support your assertion, for three reasons:
1. People who assert ANY level/stage as you did, as in "I am at ultra-violet, and so is my partner/group" have a basic misunderstanding (or misunderestimation, if you're a Republican) of the dynamic nature of the full-spectrum wholism of the model (we are ALL the potentials of the WHOLE spiral, [hopefully] resonating elegantly in appropriate synergy with exterior life conditions as they CONSTANTLY change; to be "stuck" ANYWHERE tends to be largely inappropriate, and is a performative contradiction for second-tier consciousness).
2. True second-tier consciousness inter-subjectively tends to ask a lot of questions and elicit data and meaning from people, and slowly proceeds to accurately model forms and relationships of process, content and context, and 'point out' areas of potential increased growth in consciousness (as opposed to third-tier, which doesn't ask or state much, it just quietly knows). Second-tier consciousness also tends to carefully support and qualify statements, and point out dynamic relationships and principles through subtle intersubjective and inter-objective discernment, as they are consciously sharing AND verifying the location/Kosmic address in the IMP meta-model. First-tier consciousness that is "hijacking" or "appropriating" some of the rhetoric of second-tier consciousness still has the absolutist, exclusivist self-system contractions and ego-needs that tend to make static judgments and unsupported assertions.
3. Based on your statements and behavior, you appear to possibly be committing the errors 1 (fragmented map) and 2 (dissociated territory) I've just explained and clarified for you. At this point in our conversation, you have an incredible FREE opportunity! You can actually take some time to go within, and check your AUTHENTICITY, ACCURACY, and INTEGRITY. You may be both sincere and wrong, and then again, we may just be using language differently. We are opening the potential for you to go within (check the territory), think about what you see (check the map), and share your data with us for mutual hermeneutic analysis.
Boomer: Did you just� question my integrity?!?!?! (Tired and fed up) I've had enough of this rude interrogation when I was offering you both an AMAZING invitation! (Walks away pissed.)
Y-Axis: (Watching the green aura fade in the distance, says sadly and calmly) My ego hates the truth too. (looks down before the 'Father' in 2-p pose)
X-Axis: Yeah, mine too. The truth for us to learn out of this interaction is some interpersonal skills! We are such arrogant dickheads. NO goodness came from this inter-subjective dialogue, even if some Truth did. Our receptivity and inter-sensitivity dials were turned down too much regarding the Good.
Y-Axis: You're right, bro. Yet our receptivity and inter-sensitivity dials were turned up way too much regarding the static noise, a.k.a his bullshit! Too much of this there, not enough of this shit there, emphasis here, lack of emphasis there� Truth cannot exist without good and visaversa...we tend to lose quadrant awareness, such as the LL in this case, for our own contracted purposes.
X-Axis: Hey, you forgot to mention the Beaufiul...right here (points at himself and blinks his eyes rapidly to look sexy). Equalizing this stuff, for lack of a better word is a non-stop journey! When's it ever gonna end? (Smiles)
Y-Axis: When you can shut the hell up and quietly KNOW, you eye-contracting narcissist!
X-Axis: In your 3rd tier dreams my infrared pal!
Y-Axis: You know it! Time for some yummy fish tacos, my center-of-gravity is getting cranky for fuel....let's go to the Infrared Institute....that sweet Mexican joint down the street.
